DHL

Overwhelming employee satisfaction

"We can clearly see an improvement in employees' satisfaction with the quality of information being posted on our screens. When we made a survey among our employees, their positive response was quite overwhelming and no requests were made for any changes of the content on the screens. It is a good and effective communication channel, and the system has a clever feature to set it up to automatically repeat information such as: 'Remember to take remaining holiday'. Information screens have successfully addressed the needs of, particularly, the employees and external partners, who, after making deliveries and arriving to our terminals, do not have access to computers."

Malene Aagaard, HR Coordinator, DHL
